CARE Shangton is currently home for fifty-one people with learning disabilities, living in five homes on this main site. CARE Shangton also provides residential services for ten people in Market Harborough and six people in the nearby village of Kibworth. Operating within the framework of the Governments new strategy "Valuing People", each person has their own individually tailored package of support. The structure of the service and the opportunities offered create a network of support that enables the people who live here at Shangton to lead a full and active life.

This is out grand fundraising event of the year. There will be games for the kids, craft, bric-a-brac, tombola, face-painting...everything for the family to have a good day out. Come along and have some fun.
