Our Club was founded in 1947.

We are a private club whose affairs are in the charge of an elected Management Committee and Trustees.
There are both Mens and Ladies Sections which are guided by Mens and Ladies Section committees.
The general bowling calendar includes Mens Matches on Thursday and Saturdays and Ladies Matches on various weekdays.
Both sections are active participants in the respective County and Club Competitions.
The Mens Section play in the Leicester and District Bowls League,South Leicester Triples League and Hinckley and District Triples League.
The Ladies Section plays in the County Triples League.
The Club has approximately 150 members.We welcome new members particularly young persons and details can be obtained from the Mens or Ladies Secretary.If you would like to learn to play the Club Coach can be contacted.
We are proud of our dedicated teams of enthusiastic volunteers who apply themselves to the numerous duties and tasks involved in running a successful bowling club.
This includes committee work,organizing fixtures,maintenance of the club premises,green ranging,gardening,managing and running the bar and catering.
In the winter months the club organizes social events which are well supported.
